Leadership, shaped around you
Senior leadership.For the work ahead.
When a priority needs senior ownership but a full-time executive is not the right next hire, bring in focused leadership. For UAE and GCC founders, family businesses and SME teams that need clearer decisions and accountable follow-through.

Fill the leadership gap. Keep the business yours.
When decisions return to the founder, priorities lose an owner or growth outpaces the team, the missing piece may be senior direction.
A fractional leader works within an agreed remit: the decisions to own, the people to guide and the progress to review. We confirm the proposed lead and relevant experience before the engagement begins.

Clear answers.A confident next step.
Fractional leadership provides an ongoing remit for direction, decisions and accountability. A Execution Studio coordinates the specialist work required to deliver a defined objective. They can be used separately or together.
Yes. Begin with a focused priority. The scope can connect additional capabilities when they are needed.
The engagement can be designed around your team, existing providers and systems. Ownership, dependencies and handovers are defined in the scope.
Your business objective, current situation, constraints and desired change. That gives us a practical basis for identifying the right support.
They depend on the work, complexity, delivery model and dependencies. These are defined in a proposal before work starts.
The service catalog spans strategy, development, implementation, managed services and training. The engagement makes clear which activities and deliverables are included.
Is fractional leadership right for your business?
When does a fractional leader make sense?
When decisions keep returning to the founder, a function has no senior owner, or an important change is drifting between teams. Start by defining the decisions and outcomes that need leadership. If the main gap is production capacity, an Execution Studio may be a better fit.
Fractional, interim or full-time: what is the difference?
A fractional leader takes an agreed part-time remit. An interim leader usually covers a temporary vacancy or transition, often with a more intensive commitment. A full-time hire is a permanent role in your organisation. The right choice depends on continuity, workload and the authority the role needs.
What does it cost, and how much time is included?
Fractional engagements start from AED 18,000, depending on scope. We agree responsibilities, working days, duration, review points and payment terms in the proposal. There is no one-size-fits-all allocation of days or assumed monthly package.
Who will I work with?
Start a conversation with Chantelle Luicien and Jude Menezes. The proposed scope identifies the leader responsible for your remit and any specialist delivery support before you commit. A role listed here is an engagement option, not a claim that every role is permanently staffed.
How do strategy and execution stay connected?
The leader sets priorities, makes agreed decisions and reviews progress. Your team, existing providers or an Aurlume Execution Studio carries out the scoped work. Responsibilities, dependencies and handovers are made explicit so decisions translate into action.
