BI Dashboards & KPI Frameworks / DUBAI, UAE & GCC
Turn reporting into a better management conversation.
Choose measures that answer a business question. Align definitions, data sources and ownership before designing dashboards that show performance, exceptions and the decisions that follow.

THE COMMERCIAL PURPOSE
What this work helps you decide.
Translate business objectives into clearly defined measures and dashboards. We agree calculation rules, reporting periods and ownership, then design views around the needs of leadership and operational teams. Drill-down paths help explain movements in performance rather than presenting a page of metrics without context.
The decision test
Can users explain each important number, reconcile it to a source and identify the action or investigation it should trigger?
What we need to understand
Leadership questions, current reports, source systems, metric definitions, data-quality issues, reporting cadence and decision owners.
A clear sequence. Useful work at every stage.
The scope connects diagnosis with practical implementation. Each stage has a purpose, with decisions, dependencies and responsibilities made explicit.
01
Understand
Map decisions and audit the current reporting landscape.
02
Design
Define metric catalogues, hierarchies, thresholds and ownership.
03
Build
Build the agreed data flows and dashboard views.
04
Embed
Validate calculations, train users and embed the review cadence.
THE DELIVERABLES
What you can put to work.
The final scope specifies the outputs, level of detail and acceptance criteria. Depending on your starting point, the work can include:
01
KPI dictionary
02
Management dashboard
03
Drill-down views
04
Reporting cadence
We agree which deliverables need to be created, which existing materials should be improved and what can be excluded. Implementation dependencies, access requirements and client review responsibilities are documented before work starts.
A handover your team can use
Receive the agreed outputs with the assumptions, ownership and operating guidance needed to use them. Where a system or workflow is configured, the handover identifies administration, maintenance and review responsibilities.
Progress measured against the brief
The starting point and success measures are defined during discovery. Reviews test whether the work answers the agreed decision or delivery need, while keeping dependencies and unresolved assumptions visible.
THE DETAILS THAT CHANGE THE RESULT
Where the expertise shows up.
01
Give every measure a definition.
Document the calculation, source, refresh cadence, exclusions and owner. Revenue, active customer or conversion can mean different things across teams. Resolve material differences before presenting a single number as an agreed management measure.
02
Design around decisions.
Start with the questions leadership and operating teams need to answer. Show the relevant comparison, threshold and drill-down, with the detail needed to investigate an exception. More charts do not automatically create more insight.
03
Make limitations visible.
Late source data, missing records and changing definitions should be identified and understood. Validation and reconciliation are part of the reporting design. Users need to know what the dashboard can support and where further analysis is required.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Clarity before commitment.
What if our data is inconsistent?
We identify the quality and definition gaps before presenting a single dashboard as the truth. The scope can include source mapping, reconciliation rules and a prioritised data-quality backlog, with limitations visible to report users.
Can we start with a focused scope?
Yes. Start with a defined priority and the inputs needed to address it. We can scope a diagnostic, a specific deliverable or implementation support, rather than requiring a broad programme before the business need is clear.
Who is involved from our team?
A decision-maker, a day-to-day owner and the people who understand the relevant workflows or information. Access, review and approval responsibilities are agreed at the start so progress does not depend on informal handovers.
How are the fees and timeline set?
They depend on the agreed outputs, quality and availability of inputs, implementation requirements and ongoing support. The proposal specifies milestones, responsibilities and commercial terms. The discovery call is used to understand the work before quoting it.
Start with the priority in front of you.
Tell us what needs to change, what you have already tried and what a useful result would look like. We will discuss the relevant scope and the next decision.
